Go to Event > Promote > Customer Support

1. Options

1. Recipient

Set the person who manages event related queries. This will default to your account email.

2. Organiser Options

Choose to show/hide the options available on your support link, the following options are available

  1. Request Refund

  2. Change Tickets

  3. Event Query

2. Support URL

Click Support URL to get your link, Support link is also added to the bottom of the checkout
