Go to “Event Name” > Event Setup > Ticket Types

1. Details

1. Enter a name and optional description for your ticket

2. Choose a category (person, addon or Create a deal ticket)

2. Price

• FIXED: Choose a price that can only be updated manually

• TIERS: Setup a list of prices that change based on quantity or date

• VARIATIONS: Setup a list of prices, all available on the checkout. A greate example is T-Shirt sizes.

3. Quantity

1. Total ticket quantity, unlimited or set to a fixed amount

2. Shared quantity, apply a quantity shared across multiple ticket types.

4. Ticket Date

Entry Date & Time displayed on the ticket

5. Selling Dates

Choose when this ticket is available

6. Ticket Group

Create group of ticket types. For example 2 Adults and 2 children. Thats 4 ticket types under a ticket called Family.

7. Display Image

Display an image next to the ticket on the checkout. Ideal for selling merchandise.

8. Restrictions

Only allow this ticket to be purchased with another ticket in the basket

9. Advanced

1. Per order limit: choose the max quantity per order.

2. Absorb Fees: don’t charge any fees to the customer for this ticket type.

3. Hide QR Code: Don’t create a QR code ticket for this ticket type. For certain products you may want to send something in the post and not need to scan them on entry.
