Create an event

Create an event, setup your date / time, ticket types, fees and Stripe account.

  1. Click Create Event then New Event

  2. Choose an event name and a team

1. Event Details

  1. Next enter an optional website and Description

  2. Add your venue address or choose an online only event

  3. Choose your Theme (Colour and dark mode)

  4. Upload an optional logo

2. Date & Time

Choose Either Event Date or TImeslots

Event Date

  1. Enter an Event Start Date

  2. Optional selling start date

  3. Optional Selling End Date

Timeslots

  1. Choose a day and enter a time and quantity

  2. Repeat this process for each timeslot you require

  3. You can copy and paste entire days for convenience

4. Fees

  1. Choose your fee structure (Absorb, Split or Pass on)

  2. Choose to enable XCover on your checkout

  3. Choose to enable a donation option

5. Stripe

  1. Connect to your Stripe account or choose an existing one in your team
