Event Organiser

You already have a We Scan Tickets account with access to the event

  1. Download our IOS or Android App

  2. Tap ‘Organsier Login’ and Login to your We Scan Tickets account

  3. Tap the event you’d like to start scanning for

  4. Tap ‘Start Scanning’

  5. If you’d like to share your scan session, Tap ‘Share to another device‘ to present a QR code, follow the instructions below on how to setup the second device.

Scanning Only

If you are only looking to assist in scanning tickets for an event, you’ll need a Login QR code or Login Pin provided by an organiser. You can also get this from another scanning device already setup

  1. Download our IOS or Android App

  2. Tap ‘Just Scanning’

  3. Tap ‘QR code’ and scan the QR code provided by the organiser, or Tap ‘Pin‘ and enter the pin provided.
